The company has built "Zhenjiang Clean Pulping Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center" and "Zhenjiang Enterprise Technology Center". It has successively undertaken major projects such as "National Torch Plan Industrialization Demonstration Project" and "Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Support Project", and has been recognized as "The First Set of Major Equipment" in Jiangsu Province. The company's "Mixed Material High Yield Pulping Key Technology and Industrialization" project won the second prize of the 2019 National Science and Technology Progress Award.In the field of pulping and papermaking, Jiangsu Jinwo launched the high-yield pulping technology of EI-TSMP or “Extended Impregnation-Twin Screw Mechanical Pulping” technology, which is developed for wood chips, bamboo chips, cotton fibers, straw raw materials, etc., especially air-dried raw materials to produce chemi-mechanical pulp. It can effectively improve the moisture content of raw materials, achieve homogenization impregnation, reduce grinding power consumption, and reduce the content of fine fibers. According to the different application requirements of pulp, it can greatly improve the physical strength index such as pulp thickness or burst resistance. It is widely used in the production of molded pulp, white cardboard, boxboard paper, household paper, cultural paper, banknote paper and other paper.
The company's wet preparation and horizontal tube continuous cooking technologies can be used for chemical and semi-chemical pulping of wood chips, bamboo chips, cotton fibers, straw raw materials, etc., and are also widely used in the field of biomass pretreatment.
