It is a high-tech enterprise (2022.11.18-2025.11.17) dedicated to the R & D and manufacturing of pulp and paper equipment and chemical equipment and a specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprise in Jiangsu Province (2024-2027). The company has built "Zhenjiang Clean Pulping Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center" and "Zhenjiang Enterprise Technology Center". It has successively undertaken major projects such as "National Torch Plan Industrialization Demonstration Project" and "Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Support Project", and has been recognized as "The First Set of Major Equipment" in Jiangsu Province. The company's "Mixed Material High Yield Pulping Key Technology and Industrialization" project won the second prize of the 2019 National Science and Technology Progress Award.
Wood Pulp
We provide customers with complete sets of equipment which produce chemi-mechanical pulp (TSMP) and semi-chemical pulp (SCP) using soft wood and hardwood chips as raw materials.
Bamboo pulp
We provide customers with complete sets of equipment which produce chemi-mechanical pulp (TSMP) and semi-chemical pulp (SCP) using bamboo chips as raw materials.
Straw pulp
We provide customers with complete sets of equipment which produce chemi-mechanical pulp (TSMP), bio-mechanical pulp and semi-chemical pulp (SCP) using agricultural residues as raw materials, such as wheat/rice straw, corn straw and reed etc.
Biomass pretreatment
We provide customers with wet preparation, continuous cooking and replacement washing equipment for biomass energy projects and biomass extraction projects using rice straw, corn cob, bamboo chips, etc.
Cotton pulp
We provide customers with pulping lines which produce pulp using cotton fibers as raw materials for banknote paper and purified cotton use.
In the field of pulping and papermaking, Jiangsu Jinwo launched the high-yield pulping technology of EI-TSMP or “Extended Impregnation-Twin Screw Mechanical Pulping” technology, which is developed for wood chips, bamboo chips, cotton fibers, straw raw materials, etc., especially air-dried raw materials to produce chemi-mechanical pulp. It can effectively improve the moisture content of raw materials, achieve homogenization impregnation, reduce grinding power consumption, and reduce the content of fine fibers. According to the different application requirements of pulp, it can greatly improve the physical strength index such as pulp thickness or burst resistance. It is widely used in the production of molded pulp, white cardboard, boxboard paper, household paper, cultural paper, banknote paper and other paper.

The company's wet preparation and horizontal tube continuous cooking technologies can be used for chemical and semi-chemical pulping of wood chips, bamboo chips, cotton fibers, straw raw materials, etc., and are also widely used in the field of biomass pretreatment.
