The pre-steaming bin and reaction bin are mainly used to control the pre-steaming or reaction period and temperature, saturate and soften the materials with water, and facilitate full reaction at a certain temperature, so as to make full preparation for the compression, impregnation and refining in the following process.
The pre-steaming bin and reaction bin mainly comprise the cone bin body on the top and multiple parallel discharge screws at the bottom. After being washed or impregnated with chemicals, the wood chips fall into the bin from the feeding hole on the top of the bin, and then are output layer by layer by the discharge screws at the bottom of the bin after staying in the bin for a certain period of time.
