In the horizontal tube continuous cooking system, the cooking tube is the core reaction vessel, which directly determines the cooking effect and process efficiency of the material. Its functions are as follow:
1. Provide a high temperature and high-pressure reaction environment
• Through steam injection or external heating, a high temperature (such as 160~ 180℃) and high pressure (such as 0.6~ 1.2MPa) environment are formed in a closed tube to promote chemical or physical changes in the material (such as wood chip delignification, cellulose decomposition).
2. Realize continuous material processing
• Through the special spiral structure in the cooking tube, the continuous flow of the material is promoted to avoid the production capacity bottleneck of traditional batch cooking.
3. Uniform distribution of heat and liquid

• By adjusting the length and quantity of the cooking tube, the material transport speed, the residence time of the material can be precisely controlled to adapt to different process requirements.
