The overall structure of the Inclined screw dehydrator is inclined spiral type, with a filter screen at the lower part for filtration function. After being washed by the washing machine, the wood chips enter the Inclined screw dehydrator. During the conveying process, the wood chips are dehydrated through the screen under the action of their own gravity to reach the required dryness for the subsequent steam steaming bin process. The light-weight impurities filtered out are discharged through the overflow port to the inclined sieve, while the heavy-weight impurities are regularly discharged by the discharge valve at the bottom of the machine. The screen is rinsed by the washing screen device.
