After dehydration and washing, the wood chips enter a series of parallel atmospheric inclined cooking tubes for atmospheric pre-impregnation cooking. The wood chips are continuously transported by the spiral inside the cooking tubes. Steam enters the inclined tubes from the external distribution steam pipes to heat the wood chips and the cooking liquid.
The screw drive motor of the cooking tube uses variable frequency speed regulation to adjust the spiral filling rate and cooking time. The cooking temperature is 85 - 95℃.
The inlet of the cooking tube is filled with clean water and alkaline solution by a metering pump. The effect of pre-impregnation of the wood chips can be adjusted by regulating the amount of alkaline solution added. The softening degree of the wood chips affects the thickness and strength indicators of the finished pulp.
